You have a maximum of 14 days from the date you've received all your purchased items in the same order to submit the return request. Your return package must be mailed out within 7 days from the date you've submitted your return request.

• Some of items can be sold very quick because we have limited amount of each item. It takes several days to fulfill those items.
• Depending on products' popularity or the status of our manufacturers, some products may take longer (more than 5 days) to send you. If it happens, we will notify you.
